- I have directly introduced hundreds of products (home appliances and engineering parts) to various markets via sourcing, scoping, manufacturing, ranging, and successful approbation, certification, testing and auditing management to over 12 countries (including Australia, NZ, Thailand, Taiwan, and Singapore as some of the toughest regulators)

 

Service Operations Mgt

- I have created service operations from scratch in the Asia area, from spare part management, product training and distributor warranty contracts.

 

Global Experience

- Having lived in over 4 different continents, 9 years outside of Australia, and worked in over 15 different countries, spending years in global headquarters, months in manufacturing plants of all home appliance categories (cooking, refrigeration, dishwashers, laundry), to years working in regional offices around the world, I have a wealth of international knowledge and experience to offer any business and trade partner.

 

Training and Delivery

- I have created over 100 product training manuals from scratch with few resources, from technical service manuals, to full immersion product training packages (over 150 pages each) to basic sales and marketing decks for presentation and floor training, I also have an Australian Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. I have delivered training globally, whether to a single person in coaching, or to hundreds of people at a time with translation, I am fully capable to show my passion for product knowledge to customers and trade partners.
